The Home Ice Hockey Strength & Conditioning Program is a 3x 4 Week Phase / 3 Day Week / 12 Week Program designed to help you, the hockey player, to improve all areas of your game off ice. The program ensures a smooth transition from the off ice components, to a positive carry over back onto the ice. The program has been carefully designed by PK Performance to cover the different areas a player needs to stay healthy and safe in order to keep playing in a competitive environment.

This program is perfect for players who have just started hockey or returned to hockey after a number of years off and looking to build a solid foundation in mobility, stability, speed, strength and conditioning. The greatest part of a well-designed and executed program is that it essentially becomes your injury reduction program by default, meaning as you are getting faster and stronger each week you are preparing the body for the game of hockey and all the chaos that comes along for the ride while reducing the risk of injury.
