Been around the game for a while but don’t feel like you are progressing? Want to improve your skills? Skillz Skate is designed for you!
The program is available for two weeks only!
Focuses on:
Edge work – High focus on skating, getting comfortable with falling over and using all edges of your blade.
Puck Skills – Focuses on puck skills such as toe drags, shooting in stride, dekes, saucer passing, and much more.
Team Tactics – Focuses on team play such as positioning with and without the puck, breakouts, regroups, forechecking, backchecking, cycling & D zone coverage just to name a few.
